The mechanic who came to replace was good in his skilled work but I have following concerns and I wish that someone from CliickMechanic or the repair team to comment on the following points-
1) There was no option to choose a particular make of the battery while putting a job online
2) I have doubt about the product quality (supposedly new battery that is suppled) - a) how good is this "Ultra Power" Brand and why they are giving only 1 year warranty when a similar priced 5 manufacturers give upto 3yr and some upto 5 years warranty. b) The casing of the "new" battery did not seem very new and had no packaging or shine of a brand new product.
I did ask the mechanic if this was actually New and not a recycled or refurbished old.
Could someone from the devine team or ClickMechanic answer this?

well , thanks for raising the concerns. we got the battery from our supply and your car had 2 options which both the mechanic brought along with him. we considered confirm to you that both batteries are brand new. as for the warranty is 2 years.
