Arrived on time even tho I thought it was a mobile mechanic he took the vehicle to a garage. I picked a time slot of between 8-10 only to be told it would be more like 5-6 in the evening. Had a phone call from the mechanic saying that the job I needed doing. Didn’t need doing and it was actually something else. He said he wouldn’t fit the part and I asked if he could price the other part up and maybe we could return the part I didn’t need for the one I did. They agree and said they would call me back. 2 hours pass and no call we call back only to be told that the part I didn’t need had already been fitted and they had ordered the new part also without me confirming. Received our tires during the day saying this needs doing also. Felt like we were getting pushed for jobs that we didn’t ask for. When the car was eventually dropped back off I was asked if I used the car for drifting as that’s the only way the part could have been needed. Read more

Arrived bang in the middle of the allocated time slot. Efficient, professional, and friendly. Full service completed outside my home and all seems well so far.
Would have been good to have an 'en route' text or call but not a major problem!
This is my second time using ClickMechanic and I would certainly use it again, both mechanics so far have seemed trustworthy and the service has been good.

Spot on, needed a rear wheel bearing quickly, booked job in on day of mot fail, job done before tea time next day. Superb !

Had my van serviced, the process was smooth and quick. Only issue was that the garage overfilled the engine oil so I had to go back the next day for them to remove some. They got on it straight away though and sorted the problem.
