The mechanics were polite and friendly. They arrived on time and messaged me before the day of the booking, which was good. No complaints.

Not entirely sure of the service received as the car just broke down.

Mechanic was very friendly and the work was fine. I was just a little disappointed with the communication on the booking day. I had a 10am-12pm slot. The mechanic called me at around 11.45 to tell me they'd be late due to a delay, and they'd be at my place by 2pm. Then they texted to say they'd be with me at 1:30. By 2pm, I hadn't heard from anyone, so I called the mechanic and they said they'd be another hour and tried to explain that it was due to an emergency call to help a nurse. We eventually rescheduled for the 9am next morning (which the mechanic was perfectly punctual for this time). I have no problems with being told there's been a delay, especially to help our health workers at this time. However, if the mechanic had been communicative from the beginning, I feel I wouldn't have wasted another 2 hours and we all would have been much happier. The work, however, was fine. Friendly, knowledgeable, explained my options for replacement battery. Returned the car promptly. Would happily use again.

Sham was very affable and explained what work had been carried out however he was over an hour late for my booking.

Happy with the work even though the cost went up. I haven’t received my warranty documentation nor an invoice

Happy with the work done and the level of communication.
Just concerned they were srlected to do the work as they are based in same town as my parents over 30 miles away from me, so alot of petrol was used up.
Will continue to use click mechanic, but would of just prefferred a nearer mechanic.
