Everything was awful and horrible. I have been going to Mercedes Benz , BMW or other garages for 15 years but such a horrible service like from this company I have never seen. The service was done on my driveway. The mechanics left a huge spillage of black used oil on my driveway. How to clean it now? Then a computer of my almost new Mercedes-Benz showed that one tyre had a little low pressure and I asked the mechanic to put some air and he said yes I would do that. Then on the next morning whilst I was driving I noticed that he had not put some air in the tyre. When I called him and asked him he lied that he had put. It is so disgraceful and dishonest. He let me drive a car that was not safe on the road. CAN A REAL MECHANIC DO THAT. Read more

Hi , I apologise for a bad experience, the tyre may have had a slow puncture and did require replacing as advised . I did offer to return to refill some air the next day . I was unaware of any spillage as I aim to leave any driveway as I find it , as is reflected in all my reviews, I would be happy to return to clean anything I may have left unintentionally. The original job was for the service which was completed and service indicators reset . I do hope you continue to use Click even if it isn't myself .thank you
