Kamran was lovely. Id booked a 4 hour window, at short notice, on a Saturday, for a battery replacement and he phoned me to update me on his expected arrival time and he arrived within my requested time slot. Job done! No "additional costs" and going rate price.

had reservations about booking click mechanic as new to the site but got a large quote from main dealership. I needed rear brakes doing, Kamran was great he precalled to touch base, advised me on what parts to get based on spec of my car, then an oil light came on - called him back and he just updated the job for a oil filter change. He turned up right on time, sorted the whole job whilst i was at work, hes a great personable guy and professional - picked up a worn brake sensor on one side showed me got authorisation to go get a new one and repaired it without charging for the labour.
