My only slight gripe was that my appointment was between 10-12 and he turned up at 12-38 BUT, he did call me to let me know, and arrived at the new time he gave.

Very helpful, friendly and work carried out to a high standard. Not sure if I needed a full service as the car has only got 6500 miles on the clock. The mechanic said something about an interim service but I see I got charged for the full service nevertheless.

My brakes needed replacing urgently and while Kamran booked in for a Saturday, when I contacted him, he was able to shift things around to come the next day.
He gave me plenty of notice, arrived on time and got to work. When done, he gave me a call and I came out to see him. He explained that because of the bad state of the caliper at the rear, he had to repair it, but he saved me a lot of money by repairing it instead of replacing. He informed me about the additional costs so he was absolutely transparent.
Very friendly, knows what he's doing, even gave me a tip on getting my handbrake fixed.
100% recommended - will gladly get in touch again if there's an opportunity.
