Owen and his colleague arrived within the timeframe and i received a call updating me as they were enroute. Got straight to it too!
Friendly, knowledgeable and approachable. Didnt blind me with techspeak either , which I appreciated.

Couldn't be happier with the mechanic. Came out when they said they would. No pushing to gain anything for themselves, just honest work done with good communication. The price was excellent ,being a single parent of 4 I couldn't affoared what the AA or the RAC or any others on line that offered the similar service. I will be keeping this number that's for sure.

Excellent service(brakes front and back with front brake disks) from these guys, Owen kept me completely in the picture as to what, when and where. I had a request for additional work when they came to pick up the car and then an additional request (which required spare parts) at very short notice. Owen made sure this was accommodated with the car returned a full 2hours earlier than I expected. Great work guys I will certainly use you guys again for the wife and my own car. Should mention, price for total job was very good, way below what I was quoted from QF for one part. Highly recommended for good service, good comms and very courteous and convenient service.
