Owen was very helpful - even though further work is required, mechanic was very clear on what was discovered and what was needed. Slight mark down on punctuality as Initial appointment was late and not communicated, however no issues on further appointments.

Owen kept me informed of when he would be arriving and turned up on time. He checked the fault with the car and promptly set about completing the work. He tested everything thoroughly before he left. Very professional. Couldn’t be happier with the service he provided.

Jaguar X-TYPE Starter motor replacement

Owen was initially very good at communicating and arrived on time. Starting motor was replaced and he left. However I noticed the engine malfuncion warning light was on and my electrics hadn't reset on the sound system/Satnav. I phoned Owen and left a voice message asking him to advise. He didn't phone back. The next day I was on my way to the airport for a flight and my car broke down. I was forced to leave it in a restaurant car park and get a taxi to complete my journey. I've paid £34 for a taxi, lost £18 for unused car park booking. I now have the problem of getting home from the airport today on my return today and a car stuck miles from my house. I've left a further message for Owen who still hasn't returned my call. He has not fixed my car properly and is ignoring me. I'm not happy Read more

As you are aware we were having issues with incoming and outgoing calls when you were trying to reach me, however we have resolved this.
We returned to your vehicle after you returned from your weekend away and carried out a recovery and diagnostic inspection free of charge to investigate the issue you were having. As we found, the car went into limp mode due to low fuel pressure. We resolved this issue and returned your vehicle to you the same day.
I can only apologise about the difficulties in reaching me through the phone and I can ensure you that I was not ignoring you in any way.
