Friendly and efficient

I did not have to spend time to book my car in a garage and go through all the hustle that comes with it. Initially the mechanic came and had a look of the malfunctioning window of my Audit TT, then he came next day with a replacement mechanism and fitted it. The quality of work and communication was very good. In terms of price, I had searched online prior engaging with ClickMechanic and I knew the price range for this job. ClickMechanic invoiced me a very reasonable price (at the bottom of the price range on the market). Overall, I received excellent service. Very quick service. I would definitely recommend ClickMechanic.

Very satisfied with the work carried out but a trifle surprised that I was not told beforehand that the car would have to be taken away for the work to be carried out.

An excellent system, the only slight hiccup being that Dan arrived an hour into the allocated time but this had no affect on me.
Dan was very friendly and efficient and kept me well informed as to what was required. The work was carried out in a hassle free manner and i felt very confident. I am most impressed with the service.

The mechanic got delayed in his previous job, so he came 1 and 20 minutes late, but he did call 2 hours before to let me know.

Dan was able to actually diagnose the issue which was bugging me for the past few months, and after several trips to garage, and several hundred pounds worth of wasted money it turned out to be a simple case of tightening the knots. I feel more confident about driving my car around now without all the noise coming from the front.

Considering I had already spent around £500 to fix the issue, plus a further quote of £400 to replace the two shock absorber's, which was what the garage further recommended, it only cost me £59 of diagnostic and simple knot bolting with Dan to feel confident about my car again.
