Dan was great and knew his stuff. Told me lots of info and suggested different was good and bad to do and what could happen.

Poor experience.
Ended up buying my own tools and fixing the issue myself. Mechanic advised that the thread where sensor screws into manifold was stripped. Gave me an option that was poor (weld a boss in)
I bought a 5 quid tool off ebay that fixed the thread and sensor went in fine. Also promised to provide a quote for the welding and another sensor that was required and he never bothered, even after a follow up call.

If you don't know the exact issue and are not confident that it can be fixed within the time quoted for I wouldn't bother.

Very vague. Had to question what the next steps where. Had to chase for a response. Still not had a response. So giving up and going elsewhere.

I was at work when the job was carried out. However following a slight problem with the work, I spoke to Dan (the mechanic) and he explained that he could not finish the job due to my car not going into "service mode" with this I called my car dealership and they said, that only ford could fix it. After a long call to them, I called my wife back who said that Dan had fixed the problem. Great work and thank you Dan.

perfect service, totally comfortable right at your door and when you can and nice and friendly approach, all at a very reasonable price. I would have only appreciated more communication on the parts substituted, whether original or third-party or secondhand, that remained a bit vague and unsaid. Overall a brilliant service.

Dan knows what he is doing, he diagnosed quickly and even provided a temporary solution to get me moving. Very pleased.
