Jason was friendly and explained the work that needed doing. He pitched his explanation just right for me so I felt he understood me. The work was very efficient in a relatively limited space and completed in the time I was given.

Can't fault Auto Remedy at all, James and Jason were fantastic, and did everything they could to sort the fault, that seemed to go on for ever, the cars fault though. But will definitely be recommending these guys to anyone. Constant updates throughout the time the car was being worked on (which was a week due to the nature of the fault) but above and beyond doesn't even cover it.

Jason came to do a major service and change the discs and brake pads ( front and rear ) Jason will definitely become my go to mechanic . I highly recommend him .

Really nice knowledge chap but unfortunately couldn't get to the bottom of the problem so £70 out of pocket and no better off.
