Rizzo was fantastic he was knowledgeable friendly and helpful he did a fantastic job and was very patient. The work was fantastic he even went above and beyond to check it worked properly and showed me what had gone wrong.

Rizzo turned up on time as promised and introduced himself in a very positive and friendly manner. He quickly identified the source of our braking problem due to a split in a badly twisted pipe to the offside front brakes. We had brakes replaced by our local garage only five months ago to get it through the MOT unaware that our lives have been at risk by their poor workmanship. We are now taking the issue back to the local garage for putting the car right. I would definitely recommend Rizzo to anyone who's lucky enough to live is his operating area.

Unfortunately the problem was not fixed as I misinformed the mechanic that I needed a resistor, he tested the fan in the dark on my clio and confirmed that it was the control panel. I replaced this and the fan still didn't work so I took my car to a Renault specialist. They stated that the mechanic who tested my fan broke it. Now it will cost £300 to fix a simple problem along with the cost of two diagnostics.

Really happy with the way Reece did the job, from communications before he arrived making us aware of when he would arrive, to his work and the advise he offered on a few other issues he found whilst conducting the repair. Would happily use again.
