Reece helped diagnose the problem with my car and give an estimate on how much it would cost to fix. I immediately knew it wasn't worth fixing and I'd be better off buying a new car. He then was happy to advise me in what car to buy and how much I should be paying etc. Something I very much appreciated as it was going to be only my second car. Reece did more for me than he needed to and is now my go to mechanic, best service and price I've received from any mechanic. Highly recommend.

Reese was polite, courteous and punctual. He ran a diagnostic test on my Smart ForFour then checked the compression as she was misfiring. He went the extra mile by explaining what he had done to the Dealer who I have just bought the car from and how much this was likely to cost. He's a very nice man and I'm happy to highly recommend his services.

BMW 5 Series Car Won't Start Inspection

Reece was a little late, but no problem for us.

He did a thorough inspection of our BMW 525d and quickly identified that the original BMW battery needed to be replaced (after nearly 15 years and 92000 miles!).

He found a retailer from where he could obtain a replacement battery and went to get it and fitted it.

I made 2 bank transfers to your account on the evening after Reece had left - one for the quote which I had accepted (£81.61) and one for the new battery (£185).

I was a little confused when I received an email from you saying that Reece had charged the £81.61 to my card. In particular, I was concerned that I might have been charged two times for the work.
But I have checked my bank account and only the 2 bank transfers which I made have been processed.

He then fitted it and did some checks.

I have since driven the car 3 times covering about 100 miles and everything is fine.
