Job turned out a bit trickier than first thought but he did it all at the price agreed

The work that I needed was not carried on the day that I requested and therefore I had to wait for a week for the work to do.
The work should not have been booked in on the day I wanted, and only to be re-booked for a week later by the mechanic.
After these comments the work carried out well, the mechanic was professional and friendly.
