Steve turned up on time and got straight to work. Great service and a considerable amount cheaper than Volvo quoted. Literally 30% of the cost....incredible!

This is a buyer beware! If you know what is wrong with your car and have some knowledge of mechanics then this maybe for you. If like me you've just had tyres replaced at home and thought this is the way to go - think again.
I had a clutch problem which was diagnosed by Click mechanic as a clutch cable replacement total cost: £91.08. I accepted and the mechanic attended. He quickly diagnosed that the cable was fine but the clutch had gone. I agreed to a replacement clutch + replacement motor for the screen washer cost . For the inspection I was charged £57.38 (the £91.08 for the clutch cable was refunded). Cost for new clutch and washer motor £375.38.
The mechanic (not the same as original one who visited) having spent a couple of hours under the car advises although the clutch was a bit worn and would in time have probably needed replacing it was not the problem, it was the Pedal Box. He advised if I obtained the part they would advise the time and cost to fit.
I have since had the repair carried out by a local garage who was surprised the on-site inspection by the mechanic had not included Pedal Box.
If I could give 0 star for quality I would. Punctuality is definitely a 1 for both mechanics and communication is a 1 because the initial inspection was rushed and not thorough.
Moral of the story is if you know what's wrong and it is a specific job this service may work for you because of convenience. But each job is booked and priced via the website. There is no flexibility so if you know nothing about cars and there's a potential for other problems, take it to a garage where a proper inspection and appropriate repairs can be made.

Steve was very good, with excellent communication , and a desire to be helpful with any query.

Was contacted on day told time would arrive, When arrived handed keys over was polite and explained work which was going to be carried out. Which was a new clutch, completed job were car was parked and even the rain didn't stop work. when work was completed and had been test driven keys returned i took out for test drive. Great service will be using again.
