Liam's communication was great, and he was was very friendly. The weather was terrible so he was running behind schedule but he kept me up to date. Unfortunately whilst changing the spark plugs he had to disconnect a sensor which triggered a warning light on the dashboard. I took the car for a quick spin after he had gone and saw this, but he came straight back to clear the error.

Liam was very professional and made quick work of fitting a new starter motor. Extremely pleased with the service, thank you so much! x

Liam was friendly and efficient and our car is up and running again. We were given a time slot between 6 and 8 pm. Liam phoned to say he was running a bit late and wouldn't make it for 6 but actually arrived at 6.15 ( so well within the time slot) . He did the work quickly and was chatty and helpful.
