Liam attended rather than Steve, but thankfully to other reviews I was able to get an idea about him also (perhaps a separate review section rather than lumping them both together). Steve was very helpful to talk to in the initial stages (I'd never used Clickmechanic before) and I didn't realise that my timing belt change didn't include the water pump change too. Steve was helpful, and was able to add the additional work without any fuss. On the day, Liam called an hour before arrival, and took about an hour and a half for the timing belt and water pump change. He was very polite and respectful throughout. After work was completed, I did a test drive, and job done. Took a few hours to receive my invoice from Clickmechanic but all good in the end.
