I AM VRY UNHAPPY WITH THE WORK. HE CHANGED THE BATTERY AN IT CAUSED VARIOUS SYSTEMS TO STOP WORKING. I RAISED A RESOLUTION AND GE SAOD GE WOULD RETURN AND FIX THE PROBLEMS BUT HE HAS NOT BEEN BACK. I THINK THAT HE IS NOT COMPETENT OR EQUIPED TO CARRY OUT THE WORK. MY CAR IS NO LONGER DRIVABLE

Thank you for your review, we’re sorry you were unhappy with the service we provided. We did arrive back to you on Friday in the time scale mentioned.
We replaced the battery for you and the car is now running, however the radio reset itself due to having no power when the battery was flat. It looks as though you have tried to enter the radio code a few times however it’s been locked out due to an incorrect code. As explained to you during our visit, the car now needs to be on for an hour to unlock the system and you can then enter the correct radio code and this should bring up your display.
As your review is very damaging to our small business and anyone reading this review may not book with us. I have to emphasise that we did not do anything incompetent, we changed the battery correctly and the problem is with your radio code which has absolutely nothing to do with the work we carried out.

They were unable to do the job, I ended up going to a garage the next day and they done the job within 2 hours

Hi Kyle,
Thanks for your review, unfortunately someone had been out previously to try and carry the work out, in the process they snapped a bolt which we do not have the facilities to remove as we are mobile mechanics. If we had a garage and the equipment to remove the bolt properly we would have done so, however we are limited in the tools we carry in a single van.
I’m glad you managed to get the previous work rectified which another mechanic had caused.

Liam was very friendly and gave me all the necessary information I required. There was a delay over an integral part which was no fault of his ... the repair was completed as quickly as humanly possible.
I will use this service again.

I was told Steve would attend but got Liam instead. Liam, however, was polite, helpful, confirmed what he would be doing, carried out the repair and showed me what was wrong with the original parts. My car is running fine now and I would have Liam back to do any future repairs.

Mechanic appeared to know what he was doing but communication wasn't great. Wasn't called once the job was done, even though I flagged I would be away and keys were handed to my household with a basic ticksheet, I had to call and chase for detail on what was done or any issues etc
