Mechamic was Steve: the job took 15 minutes to accomplish. Clearing the drainage channels at the front. He clear the tube but not the rest of the space from the pine needles and dirt. After first rain it would start building up again. I ask him to do so and he wasn't indicating to do so, so I started to look for something to do it my self. I pick up the needles by hand as much as I could. After he so me not giving up on clearing he took a paper tissue and clear out the dirt. The drain was on one side of the car and on the other was just a plague. He said that he removed the plag away. (I was in the car looking for something) So now there is the hole and the water will drain through there - but where? If it wasn't supposed to be that way, is it going to make more damage?
He forgot to place one of the covers back so I had to remind him to do so. Conclusion: 75£ earn in 15 minutes for this quality of the job? No thanks. I am not going to recommend Steve to anybody. Read more

Steve was very good! Wasn't sure about using a mobile mechanic but due to the issue, getting the car to the garage was going to be hard. He came out within the 2-hour window and immediately located the issue. Unfortunately, the problem was more complex than I outlined and while frustrating, Steve was able to book me in for the following day which was crucial as i need to be on the road. He seemed to know exactly what he was doing and had everything on the van needed to complete the work. Very pleased i took a chance.
