Steve was a nice guy but unable to do the work. He charged 100 quid for his labour ( fair enough) but still need to get the job done elsewhere. Click mechanic have 305 quid of my money which needs paying back to me. I'm currently 400 down and still need the work doing. Feeling pretty low about this right now.

Steve was great, very knowledgeable and helpful. Even sorted my tyres out for me.

My car MOT had expired and my usual garage was fully booked up for a week.
Needing a mot and service at short notice I turned to click mechanic.
I was able to book an appointment for the following day.
Steve was late but he did let me know he was running late.
He did the service outside my house and then took my test for an mot.
Unfortunately the mot failed and he simply brought the car straight back to me without any attempt to resolve the reasons for the mot failure (the reasons for failure were small - bad lightbulbs and anti roll bar).
Whenever I have used a physical garage and my mot has failed, then I get a call and get told the reason for failure and a quote to fix the issues on the same day after which I get a free retest.
Using click mechanic, I simply got my car returned to me. With a promise to provide a quote to fix the issues,
after which I never heard from the Steve again.
I was forced to take my car to a different garage, pay for the repairs and then pay for another MOT after the issues were resolved.
I would never use click mechanic again and always stick with a brick and mortar garage. Read more
