Gave me a quote of £146 to repair my bonnet catch. I done the job myself for £26 for parts and 20 minutes work time !!!!!!? Then told me couldn’t get the MOT until January I got it done the next day !!!?

Hi Thomas,
Thanks for your review and apologies you were not happy with the service you received.
We arrived at your vehicle to carry out a service and MOT, unfortunately we were unable to carry out the work required as the bonnet lock was broken which we were not aware of prior to arriving.
We quoted you for a new bonnet lock based on a genuine part from Ford, as we do not fit non OE spec parts. I appreciate you can get a bonnet lock off places such as e-bay for much cheaper, however these are normally bad quality parts which would not come with any warranty.
The reason for not being able to get an MOT for you was due to our diary being fully booked up until Christmas and then our company was closed between Christmas and New Year.
