Steve is a good mechanic. Happy to use him again. Very efficient and thorough.

He was punctual on the day he did the work but that was a full day after the work had been booked for. I was phoned half an hour after the originallly booked time window and told that the mechanic had been given the wrong part and I would need to wait another day. The work was satisfactorily done on the second day though.

Was happy with the work done although Steve was a little late it was due to a late delivery for the part and when I informed Click Mechanic through my account I was kept up to date and also Steve had been unable to get through to my mobile { which is not unusual} hence me still giving 5 stars . Communication was great . And pleased with the work done , Car is back to her old self and will definitely use again

Steve was great, explained clearly the work required and what was needed to fix it. Once the parts were in he arranged a time to do the work quickly.
