Nissan Qashqai Clutch replacement

Matthew met me at the car and could straight away the issue. He informed me that it was quite likely the car would be back next day. True to his word I recieved a call to ask if I wanted another part changed while the car was dismantled as it was showing signs of movement. Due to financies I declined. Was informed the car would be back bt 17.00 actually got it back by 16.30. When delivered back Matthew had taken a video of the moving part he had asked me about earlier. He fully explained that it was not too much of a concern and the car was completely safe with minimal risk in the near future of a problem.
Very easy to use service very professional and quality of work was great. Free collection and delivery of vehicle made this repair a smooth event.
Highly recommended and will certainly recommend to others. I will guarantee to use again.

Matt was excellent, knowledgable about the car, and fixed the two issues for a good price. I’d pre-agreed he would do the work at the garage, as part of the job, as I wanted an inspection for other potential issues. He did a thorough inspection and was happy to advise on what was & wasn’t essential work, saving money and preventing wasted effort. Although it took a day or so longer than anticipated to get the car back (timing wasn’t critical) I would definitely use again. 100% better experience than the garage I normally use, and really felt willing to understand what the potential issues might be.
