I was extremely pleased with the work carried out on my car recently. The 'pick up and drop back' MOT service was conducted punctually, as specified in the advertisement. The necessary work subsequent to my MOT was all itemised, along with a quote for the labour cost to carry out the work; all communicated to me by text. Very efficient, professional, friendly service. Sarim Autos were fantastic. They completed some additional minor work without any extra charges. Generally very satisfied with the work they completed. My only notes for improvement are that money was taken from my card before I had a call confirming the work was complete/the car was returned. This might have been a communication issue on click mechanic's side though, I'm not sure. Also, my car seats can show stains very easily and while they were working, I assume something was placed on the seat and this has led to a small stain appearing. On the whole, I would recommend to others.

The Clickmechanic process here allows their associated workshop to make excessive money. Take the car for MOT and ALWAYS highlight additional repairs required and then send in an exorbitant invoice failure to pay means NO MOT and hassle of paying another workshop. My advice is to get references on your own for a reliable workshop and if possible take your car there agree face to face on the repairs required negotiate and get the MOT done. Trust me it will be cheaper

Hi Taimur, thank you for your response, i'm sorry you feel the way you do but when we carry out an MOT test we adhere to the rules and regulations from the DVSA. If you disagreed with the outcome and wanted to challenge the decision made by our professional tester then there is a process to follow through the DVSA which we could of helped you with. Most of the failed items on your vehicle related to brakes and they were at a dangerously low and worn level. Thanks
