Igor was prompt, in fact, early. But he called me in advance to tell me he was going to be early. He explained the issue and the process and got on with it. I was pleased with the job handling and, most importantly, with the reasonable cost.

Work carried out was spot on, unfortunately I had to supply the part as they couldn’t get it.

Work was done that I’ve found out didn’t need doing. No receipts. Then I was quoted for some work that he said needed doing, was told he’d do it privately to save me the clickmachanic charge, and I then went to a BMW dealer and they said none of the work needed doing. Stay away from these people dishonest people.

Igor was very good, great service and communication. I couldn't give 5 stars for punctuality because they were a bit late, but they did keep me updated, the reason for the drop is because I had to postpone a job this afternoon but would use again
