Kalim picked up my car at the arranged time,kept me up to date with what was happening,explained everything that was wrong and did it on time.drove my car to my home afterwards and showed me every part he had replaced.fantastic guy would definitely recommend him

The work was carried out in a timely manner and I was kept well inform and in the loop, through the whole process, which is very important to me as it made a difficult uncertain time much more easier.

Kalim was very good in keeping me updated on the work he was doing , by sending videos and pictures through what's app which I thought was a very good idea, as it gave me confidence that he was doing work that needed doing and was good to see as I wasn't there in person.

Kalim was excellent , friendly ,good advice and trust worthy and provided excellent service with quality parts ...he fixed my original problem and on top noticed my front breaks needs changing and did all work in one day and picked car from work and returned it on same day...excellent service that my trusted mechanic failed and unable to provide !! Simply excellent and convenient and saved do much hassle and inconvenience if leaving car then have to pick it up again ..marvelous..pricing was slightly expensive but the part was genuine and with warranty and expensive itself so can't blame Kalim. I'll definitely use him again due to quality of service and parts and his skill and give you sense of experience and trustworthy .

Yes Kalim was very good. He explain the prpblem with the car very well and kept us inform of the progress of fixing it. The work was done quickly and have had no problem since. I tink then abour rate was expensive, but I supose that is what you have to pay these days.

My nervousness about using a mechanic for the first time was unfounded. Not only did they save me well over £100, on the day Kalim kept in touch regularly, letting me know how it was progressing through the day and Younis the mechanic was brilliant. I like it when a mechanic is fussy in making sure that everything is working properly afterwards and doing all their checks - it shows they care about the quality of work they have done.
I'd have absolutely no hesitation in recommending them to others and I will be using their services in the future.
