kallim was very friendly and good explain all details of work, and kept me up to date with the progress.

Kalim was friendly and knowledgeable. He showed me the parts that had been replaced and took them away to be safely disposed of. He kept me informed of the extra work that needed doing and the cost.

Couldn't recommend more! Booked for a new clutch on the Friday to be undertaken on the Monday. Kalim phoned the same evening to understand why I needed the clutch and when he was aware of my situation (being a week away from giving birth) he offered to collect the car that same evening to get it back as soon as possible. Unfortunately another problem was found with the car but Kalim worked hard to keep the costs reasonable for us, which we were really grateful for. The car was back with me by Tuesday lunchtime - due to an issue in Birmingham and he kept us informed throughout. Really friendly and will be using him again! Thank you very much!!.
