Ford Transit Glow plugs replacement (all)

Yes he was friendly and knowledgable,he couldn’t complete job as he could only get 3 out of 4 glow plugs done the 4th was stuck,quite disappointed I was charged an extra £50 from original quote.

Good evening. Sorry to hear that you not happy with work done. Glow plug can easily break in cilinder head if it's seized as in your case and couse a lot of problems,nothing to do with our van size..... our mechanic asked to take your van to the garage but you said No. If you changed your mind and want to get it done please contact me and hopefully we can arrange time suitable for you to pick your van up this time.... After an initial mistake with the timings (which resulted in him arriving a few hours late) he made up for this with prompt communication, a genuine apology and helpful advice.
