Russell and partner were very friendly and very punctual. Unfortunately I ordered the wrong battery so they had to go and swap for right one, my fault but they said no problem. All done and very happy with service. Glad I looked on search engine because I've never heard of your company before but very pleased with the service. Thank you

Peugeot 206 Clutch replacement

My clutch was slipping so booked the mechanic. They cancelled the first appointment due to illness and re-arranged for the next day. They replaced the clutch the next day but it was still slipping afterwards. They then arranged to come and replace it again under warranty and cancelled due to a breakdown of their vehicle and re-arranged. They did replace the clutch later in the week and discovered further problems one of which they fixed but advised I would need a gear box replacement and promised to get in touch. I have heard nothing despite chasing so have given up.
Russell and his team were very nice individuals and if this had been a simple repair I think you would be in good hands, however my experience was it probably got to complicated so they just stopped responding.

We are ever so sorry we did not meet your expectations this time around mark!
Regarding this booking, after we fitted the initial clutch to your vehicle your rear main seal saturated the new clutch causing it to slip. We replaced the clutch under warranty as a good will gesture even though it breached warranty guildlines. We informed you about your input shaft on your gearbox and showed you the internal damage to it. We suggested to have a new gearbox fitted as otherwise it would destroy the new clutch again. In regards to communication, Russell has explained that he was sourcing a second hand box for you and due to them only being exported abroad this was found to be harder than expected while keeping it cost effective.
This caused a delay trying to get the part for you.
We are still more than happy to carry on with this job and hopefully change your mind about us 😁
