Russell and his mate were brilliant. Showed me exactly what the problem was, quoted me all prices and rates, and came when they said they would. Most importantly, the repair is great! Will definitely use again.

I really couldn't be happier with both Russell's service and that of ClickMechanic. In terms of providing peace of mind before a potential sale, this is invaluable.
I've already given some feedback about the overall score x/100. That's the only slight oddity. Doesn't seem to reflect the actual scoring, and the chat with the mechanic afterwards is far far more important. That 'overall' score could be potentially a bit misleading. Esp when it isn't explained in the report
