I started my career in 2003 undertaking an apprenticeship while working for the MET Police force. This was a fantastic way to start in the industry and while here I was nominated for apprentice of the year. After 3 years working there I was able to maintain the MET vehicles as a solo mechanic doing lots of the electrics on the cars. Following this I then went on to work at the local Vauxhall dealership for several years. It was while here that I got my first taste of mobile mechanic work at the weekends. Following Vauxhall I then took another full time role working for a break down specialist company and in 2013 I felt it was time to set up as a full time mechanic that specialised in a mobile servicing while also having a garage where I could recover vehicles to.
