Very pleased with service

The guy left with only a suggestion that it might be glow plugs, told me to try a set with a relay also,. Sounds like a waste of money,as it will start and run with a squirt of easy-start, so deffo NOT glow plugs,as these aid starting only when cold. More likely ecu fault.(my own diagnosis) hence waste of time and money.Will not recommend.

Martin was on time, and also text an hour before arrival to give an ETA. Genuine guy who thoroughly checked for problems and excellently explained what was wrong - explaining that it could just be one problem, or it could be that plus something much more serious - but gave good advise regarding monitoring oil in the meantime, getting a initial fix ASAP and then to continue to monitor - potentially saving the need for more costly repairs (where some people would just suggest the second, costly option, straight away), but also making me aware of the second issue so that I don't blindly assume all will be fine after the first repair.
