I was until I found out it was going to cost me £100 to have my handbreak recalibrated for my mot he told me it was a simple fix and that was not the case.

Wayne is a fantastic person, friendly and professional, had the work comleted in an hour. This is a second time he has worked on my car, and I will definitely use this site again when I need my car to be repaired.

Punctuality and standard of work were top notch. However, I was charged an additional and unauthorised £25 on my original quote. When I queried the overcharge I was told that the quote was only an "estimate". A quote is legally binding, so technically a breach of contract had occured. The reason that I was given was an increase in the cost of the brake discs. Bearing in mind that I could have purchased a full set on ebay for less than the extra charge is a concern.
Additionally there was no mention of the additional cost until I checked my account.
A shame that my experience was marred by poor communication and a lack of understanding of an estimate and a quote.
