Wayne was quick and efficient. He actually arrived and completed the job before the start time. The work I ordered is to a very good standard. I do need an additional part which the mechanic has told me about and where to get it etc.. I am disappointed I wasn't given the option to have this additional part fitted too as I was paying for the job to be completed by someone else as I don't have the time or knowhow to complete it myself and would have paid the additional cost. But this option was not given.

I can't praise Wayne enough. He did a first-class job replacing the rear shocks and mountings on my Audi A6. Punctual, friendly, good at explaining the problem and very quick and efficient; he's an all-round top bloke!

Friendly - yes. Knowledgable - not really. First time around arrived without proper tools to do the job. Had to rebook for later day. When the job was done, other garage told me year later that new coil spring was sitting on old broken piece that was not removed. Have been driving with unsafe car for a year! Upon discovery tried to contact mechanic, but no response. Had to involve resolution centre just to be told that call out will cost 60£ if mechanic finds nothing wrong with the car. Very unprofessional.

Wayne was very punctual and fitted my wing mirror glass in no time at all! He was also very friendly which was an added bonus. I thoroughly recommend his service.
