Mechanic was ok. ClickMechanic failed to pass the information asked in the question sheet when booking. The mechanic arrived without the tool to remove my wheel lock nut so job could not be done. Result: Canceled job 45£ and my cost for staying one day of work as a class 1 driver 200£.
