Wayne was great. He got on with the service and informed us of any issues with the car going forward.

My only gripe would be the report after the service is complete. I paid for the major service with over 50 checks done on the car. But after reading the report there was no notes besides the checks. For example - part of the service was to lubricate all hinges - did that happen? It’s not written on the notes.
Even better example - check air condition operation. I know that doesn’t work and needs checking but all I see on the report is a green tick to show it’s checked, that’s it. No comment no notes. Makes me wonder if some of these checks are done?

Unfortunately I have downgraded my initial 5 star review. This is as a result of a formal complaint I have lodged with ClickMechanic, due to a dispute regarding the resolution of a workmanship issue, resulting from the full service of my car. This dispute has proven to be a major inconvenience to my family, particularly as we depend on having our family car available for work, personal and fostering needs. Unfortunately we have unable to use our car since 23/10/21, which has inconvenienced our childcare, business and personal travel arrangements. ClickMechanic's response to my formal complaint has been lethargic, and unhelpful since liaising with their office (twice by telephone and separately through their online portal). ClickMechanic seem more interested in following their process, as opposed to providing an urgent solution,
based on the facts of my situation which have been communicated to them. To ensure others do not experience the customer service experience myself and my family and foster children have, please check how ClickMechanic's warranty works in the event of an issue or complaint arising; to ensure you can make an informed - transparent decision apart from being influenced to buy their services purely based on their pricing model. Why I've never done this before and always gone to a garage I'll never know. Wayne arrived on the dot at 8am despite the weather and everything was done within the hour. Brilliant price, brilliant service.
