Even though arrived late due to being held up on previous job, apologised on arrival, had major service and rear springs replaced, explained everything, happy with service.

Jonathan gave me a full explanation of the work and time frames - followed by a full paper and emailed service breakdown.
On return the car even smelt nice thanks to the new air fresher Jonathan put in for free.
