The punctuality wasn't quite Jonathan's fault due to a backlog of work that took longer than estimated, however it was quite late on before I received a phone call to update on this and was 2 days after original agreed date before he could attend. I appreciated him keeping his promise to turn up even though it was late and freezing, which was really professional. He was very pleasant, knowledgeable and gave good, honest advice which was the most important.

Good letting me know of his arrival time. Efficient, knowledgeable and professional in his approach diagnosing the problem.

Jonathan was very good. But i am going to submit a formal complaint about Maz who first came to fix the problem as he did not finish the job. I would appreciate it if someone from your head office could contact me as i have been billed twice for a job that a competent mechanic would have fixed first time
