Once the job was completed Jonathan talked me through the work he had done, completed my logbook and pointed out a few things that may require attention in the coming months.
He was very polite and I felt he had done a really good job.

The mechanic was friendly and helpful and the only problem was the time keeping
Even though he telephoned to say he was running late a few hours late is not good enough

The mechanic called to say he could come a day earlier than we had book which was great. He rang us beforehand and afterwards to say the work had been done. I would certainly use him again.
