I would give Jonathan zero stars if I could seeing as I am still waiting for the work to be completed. I arranged a major service with Jonathan for Wednesday 22 September between 4-6pm and I am still waiting now. He phoned me on the day at 3.30pm to tell me he has the wrong part and couldn’t complete the job that day. He told me he would come the next day at the same time but I told him to cancel the job because I was going away for the weekend. He offered to come to my workplace at 12 and he would definitely have it done for 2.30pm when I finished work. 1pm that day he phoned me again saying he was running late and he would only get there for 2. 30pm so I told him to leave it. He said he would do it the following week when I was back from my weekend away and would knock 20% off. He said he was available Tuesday Wednesday Thursday and Friday so I messaged him telling him Tuesday 4pm, I then never heard back from him for 3 days which he then said he is only free Wednesday and Friday so i asked for Wednesday and he said he can do Wednesday 4pm. It is now Wednesday and he hasn’t shown up again. After contacting him, he said he didn’t confirm it even though it was him who offered 4pm on the Wednesday. Read more

Jonathan really was amazing, he informed me of every issue with my car in detail and so I understood exactly what needed doing, he was really fair on the prices for the work, he really went above and beyond all expectations and as I’ve been messed around by a few mechanics in the past it was nice to feel like I could trust Jonathan and he done exactly what he told me he was doing and kept me informed the whole time.
