Whilst the gentleman was very friendly and conducted the pre purchase inspection in an excellent manner, I wasn't provided verbal feedback until a day after the inspection. There was an initial error on my telephone number, but this was corrected as soon as it was raised to me.

The email report itself didn't arrive until a day after that - two days after the inspection.

The seller was very patient with me and held off other buyers whilst I waited for the report. A less patient seller would have released the car to another buyer.

Given that I paid for premium service I don't think this was good enough.

Also I expected a few more photographs in the report, given that this was a premium service.

I would use the mechanic again, but I would insist on more prompt feedback next time. Read more
