Initial problems. Jonathon didnât show up between 8.00 and 10.00 as per appointment. No reply when I tried his mobile number. CheckMechanic helpdesk promised to follow up. 11.30 Jonathan phoned - âdelayed at earlier job - with you in 45 minutesâ. 12.25 ClickMec helpdesk phoned back - not able to contact Jonathon. Told them he had phoned me and should be appearing any minute. 12.35, Jonathon phoned again - delay sourcing correct spark plugs. â With you soonâ.
14.40 arrived. Swift, competent job. Finished 15.20.
