Bad time keeping, poor excuses, wouldn't recommend, waiting in all day for a time slot that was 11am to show up at 3.45, no communication in the meantime, then lie to his office, not good business, don't use.

Sorry to hear things were delayed on the day of your service, I believe we had some unforeseen traffic and a parts delay on previous job, I’m glad the service went well after we managed to use an emergency dipstick having found yours broken to enable the oil to be filled correctly.
