Agreed on the site that the Mechanic would come at 8pm on Monday. Could not come until 8am on Thursday. Took most of the day as the wrong Alternator was used. Having said that the Mechanic was pleasant, helpful and seemed to know what he was doing. The car is working fine now and the work seems good.

initial booking made and confirmed for monday 19th Jan. At time of appointment received a call to say part wasnt available so had to reschedule for the Saturday. this left me without a car for 5 days the garage was very appologetic and explained that as the booking was made over a weekend there was noone there to confirm they had parts and the system auto accepted the booking. When the mechanic did attend the service was first class and very efficient, I couldn't fault him.

Booked a repair - told click and mechanic what problem was as had it read at garbage, mechanic turns up looks a job with light says he can't do - there 10 mins (didn't get hands dirty or read codes etc just went) . Then I'm invoiced for £28, joke or what I need a job like that £28 for 10 mins work for doing **** all . **** service I booked a repair not a come and look cost me a week without van and had to hire a van due to poor service

Would have been nice if the right parts turned up the first time had to wait 5 day for the spark plugs don't think I'll be useing you again untill you improve
