The mechanic arrived 24 hours after the time I was initially given. I have since phoned twice to try to get some feedback. Both times I was assured you were assembling a quote but four days later I have heard nothing. You charged 50 pounds for a diagnostic which told me I had a radiator leak - which information I had already given you. You have not even given me a break down of the parts that require replacement/repair. Whilst this is an admiral way to raise money in the short term it doesn't seem to be a sustainable business model as repeat business must be a bit hard to come by.

My mechanic was good at his job and I was happy with the work performed on my car. The only thing that let him down was the fact the he was four hours late and the communication wasn't great.

I have found the experience with click mechanic much cheaper than RAC and AA however I now know why. The mechanic turned up at 9am as agreed which was spot on however when I got to the car for 10am expecting the mechanic to be ½ way through he was already gone as he was only there for an hour so why have I paid for 1.5 to 2 hours labour? I have phoned the garage several times on the day and several times yesterday to be told he is out of the office, I will get a phone call back and I would receive the report via email however I have yet to speak with the engineer who carried out the work. (He did phone once and left as VM to call him back which I have done several times) When I spoke to his colleague I got told the car was (spot on).
I would have preferred to discuss the engineer’s findings in person to establish if the vehicle was good to buy which is why I paid for the service in the first place.
All I am looking for is a simple call from the engineer to go over his findings and to gain some insight into the car which is what I have paid for. TBH I have not even signed the paperwork to authorise the payment (which goes against your terms and conditions) for the work done as I have not seen or discussed any work carried out so at the very minimum I would like a full refund. I thought I was paying for a quality service however on this occasion I feel quite let down and I will not be calling the garage anymore to be fobbed off.
