My partners who have been mechanics for over 10 years first started out at college learning all the relevant skills in order to confidently maintain a full range of vehicles and also learning the trade at a local private independent garage for 5 years in total. They then branched out to being mobile mechanics for a number of years before going into partnership with myself. We now run a mobile mechanic service with number plate making facilities, trade plate car delivery and recoveries and full range of garage facilities. Working on all makes and models - along with MOT's + pre & post MOT work.

1) They turned up 45 minutes after the 2 hour allotted time slot.
2) They brought a Van that they could not put my car on it as my suspension was too low (Surely they knew what car they were picking up before setting off)
3) They had to drive a 80-100 mile round trip in a car that often went into limp mode when the engine was brought up to temperature, hence the repair (Not to mention the petrol they used)
4) The transmission fluid they ordered was not delivered on time so they had to keep the vehicle overnight and promised a 09:30am delivery.
5) The filter they ordered was not the correct one, so had to order that in and charge me an extra £40 for the privilege (Again they knew what car and what repair they were carrying out before hand).

6) The car was delivered around 13:00 and i requested that the car be left on the roadside so i could reverse it into my drive as driving it in forward results in the o/s front door catching a low wall. Again this was ignored and the mechanic's mate drove the car forward into the drive.

Never have i had such terrible customer service, how do you Vet these mechanics, having a set of overhauls good enough? It sure felt that way. I will never be using "Click Mechanic" again and will tell all my friends and family to stay away.

Unfortunately we cannot guaranteearrival times that click mechanic suggest due to other commitments and traffic.
Not all Mercedes are as low as this Mercedes and should have been noted when booking so correct vehice sent .
The Journey was 30 to 40mile round trip and if you require fuel refund we will gladly cover 1 gallon of deisel @ 40miles per gallon and this vehicle didn't go into Limp Mode at all during collection , test drive and delivery. We order parts according to suppliers using the registration of vehicle and unfortunately on this occasion parts were delivered incorrectly and late which we have discussed indepth with supplier also the part we fitted came from Mercedes direct at a discounted price which we passed onto the customer.

Apologies for parking your car for you we assumed with it raining heavily and our drivers qualifications being "pass plus" that this would be more convenient and helpful.
Car delivered at 1300 due to traffic and weather and the fact we test drive vehicles before returning in order to ensure no further issues occur and customer satisfaction but obviously this will need to be reconsidered.

Our sincere apologies for your dissatisfaction but we feel we carried out a service to a high standard but obviously everyone has different standards they expect, my suggestion for the future is use Mercedes only whom will have parts on the shelf, at distribution centre for next day delivery, and will charge 3 or more times the price.
I must also point out at every stage of your repair you were contacted and kept updated of costs and timings and all information to obtain your approval, which was given on 4 occasions , Time of arrival, Time of return (courtesy service), price difference and notification in any delays in repair which are totally out of our control, which at the time were perfectly acceptable.
