Car collected when they said they would and driver very courteous. Mechanic called a few hours later to tell me about the brakes I asked about and the work was carried out satisfactorily with the car being returned washed . Many thanks

Wouldn't trust them again. Absolute disgrace. So are click mechanic still waiting on a call back for getting fleeced out of nearly £400.

Great service and communication. The garage phoned me to let me know when they would arrive within my allocated time slot. My car was then collected, taken to the workshop, fixed and returned to me within 5 hours and that was with having to order a part AND was on a Saturday. The guy was friendly and keep me in the know throughout the time my car was away. I would recommend and use this service and mechanic again.

Car was collected later than the allocated time with not much communication, which caused some inconvenience for the person looking after my keys. This was made up for through a very fast turn around time with the exhaust box replaced and car dropped back off well before I got home from work with a very reasonable fee for the work. After a test drive, the repair has been spot on and hopefully will keep the car sounding much more healthier for a long time.

I only booked in for a timing belt and water pump replacement however he managed to find almost £700 of additional work. This despite a full service being carried out 3 days before and no defects reported. Either my service garage was negligent or the mechanic was over critical.

PAK are outstanding. Good to find some guys that care and are not out to rip you off. Excellent work and kept me up to date at every step. Well done.

I'm happy with the mechanic's work, but I'm disappointed in two aspects of the overall service:
1. I was given a timeslot 8:00-10:00 to drop my car at the garage for repair, however the garage did not open until 9:00, so I had to hang around and wait. You should inform customers clearly if a garage isn't open at the start of a time slot as notified to me.
2. The mechanic found that the parts quoted for did not fit my car. I then had further delay and significant extra expense for the correct part. Why does your system fail to quote accurately for the correct part?

Everything was great, kept fully up to speed with everything. Communication was excellent making sure I wasnt hanging around wondering what was happening.

Mechanic was really knowledgable and friendly. Would definitely go back and recommend
