Mechanic did not turn up at all and I received no call, text or email to explain why he didn't show up. 10 days later I received an email booking receipt and my card has been charged for the repair that was not done. Currently logged a complaint on click mechanic and I now have 17 hours to wait before I can get them to intervene with the mechanic. I expect a full refund of the amount charged to my credit card as no work has been done and no explanation of why they did not turn up has been given.

All seems to be fine. Difficult one for me as the car needed over £500 worth of repairs to get it through the MOT but I have no problem with PAK Motors. They carried out the work quickly and efficiently and kept me informed all through the process.
