Steve was friendly and good communication. But didn’t explain what he had done, he was helpful about the MOT but didn’t really explain what next when he returned the car with a failed MOT. Just explained why it had failed.

Had to take car to local garage next day payed for all brakes to be changed only front was changed I new one hadent be changed but garage told me only front was changed

Steve turned up on time and was friendly and carried out the service with no problems. I am happy with the work carried out .

Steve made contact in the morning to let me know his ETA . He was on time .
Unfortunately he was let down by the MOT people whilst on the way to me .
Steve continued with the full service I had booked .
When completed he explained to me the MOT would have failed due to the need of replacement tyres
This is now in hand - they will be replaced tomorrow . He will then return when the garage have a 'slot' to do the MOT testing .
