Steve was prompt, and called 30 mins before he arrived to save us waiting around in the rain. When he arrived he spoke to myself and the seller to explain hat he was going to do.
He carried out a thorough inspection of the van, from hinges and locks, wipers and tyres, oil and transmission.
Steve then explained in layman’s terms which faults he had found, and also gave me an indication if the asking price was fair.
I would definitely use Steve again, and would recommend him.

Steve was knowledgeable and courteous and wasnt at all phased by my lack of knowledge - he took the time to explain matters in a way I could understand - without jargon. I didnt feel the inspection was in anyway rushed despite the late hour and am confident in the diagnosis given
